Mission:

Jones Lang LaSalle has long prided itself in its professionalism and expertise in commercial real estate services. For the first time ever, the task was to build a website with JLL’s high standards catered to the specific needs of the Chinese consumer.

Concept:

To build a website where users can find multiple types of offices easily and efficiently.
Things move fast in the commercial real estate industry. To account for this, the website was built on a dynamic CMS platform within which the users could manage the content of the website as they saw fit.
Knowing Chinese user preferences, the site’s User Experience and User Interface designs were tailored to offer the best possible experience on both mobile and desktop. High quality photography, a common omission among competitors, was employed to make the properties the heroes.
Under the hood, the site is fully integrated into JLL’s extensive backend systems, ensuring users are presented with up-to-date data with any property search.
