Cache Cache

Mission:


Allow shoppers to access all their key Cache Cache account details via WeChat, including; purchase history, order tracking, coupon review and mix & match sharing.

Concept:

Cache Cache's custom web app pulls information from a variety of the partners behind cache.cache.cn. This enables users to have a unified view of their account.

The backend allows broadcasting to shoppers, including a weekly mix and match programme, with a high degree of custimisation possible.

A variety of tracking reports are also available via the same backend, to track performance and responsiveness of users.

Result:

The Cache Cache WeChat project has been successfully piloted in 2016 and will continue an enhanced rollout in 2017.
