Mission

To encourage customers to follow Galaxy Macau’s WeChat Official Account.

Concept

Galaxy Macau distributed pamphlets printed with a QR code, which when scanned in WeChat, directed the consumer to a custom web app.
Here a portfolio of WeChat coupons were presented to users featuring products and services from; F&B, hotels, spa, entertainment, and shops inside Galaxy Macau.
After choosing an offer, the user was simply asked to follow Galaxy Macau’s Official Account before the actual coupon was delivered to them.
A backend was also built to track; consumer views in the web app, coupon delivery and usage data. This provided marketers with a holistic view of the campaigns performance.

Results

During the four weeks that the campaign ran, it exceeded the target of web app views by 15%, as well as conversion to new followers by 18%.
